Skidmore in London - Mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation!

The Mandatory Pre-departure Orientation for Skidmore in London will be held Wednesday, April 4 from 6:00-8:00 pm in Bolton 281.

You are required to attend even if you have not yet been accepted by your London University.
Mandatory Skidmore Pre-Departure Orientation

All students participating in fall 2018 programs are required to attend the mandatory pre-departure orientation on Wednesday, April 11 from 7 - 9 pm in Davis Auditorium.
Skidmore in Paris - Mandatory Visa Workshop

All fall and AY students are required to attend the visa workshop on Monday, April 16 at 5pm in Harder 108. We will walk through the French visa process and complete the necessary paperwork to get the visa process started.
Mandatory Skidmore in Spain Pre-Departure Orientation

All students are required to attend the mandatory pre-departure orientation for Skidmore in Spain on Wednesday, April 18th 6:00 pm in Bolton 281.
Travel Seminar Application Decisions
Application decisions will be made within two weeks of the application deadline. Students will be notified of their status via email.

London FYE Campus Arrival Information
The arrival date for London FYE is Monday, August 21, 2017. All students should check-in on the Skidmore campus from 9:00-11:30 am.

Please note that the "decision letter" listed at the top of your application does not apply to you. Please disregard.
Costa Rica Travel Seminar Recommendations
PLEASE NOTE: Preferably, one the faculty member writing your recommendations should be from the department of your intended major.

If you are currently enrolled in BI 105 or ES 105, one of your recommendations must be from your laboratory instructor in the course.
Pre-Requisite Requirements for Costa Rica
Student wishing to enroll in the “Tropical Field Ecology and Conservation” travel seminar (TX 301) must have completed either BI 105 or ES 105. In the spring 2016 semester, BI 325 “Tropical Ecology” will be offered concurrently with TX 301. Students wishing to enroll in this concurrent on-campus course must have completed
either BI 105 or ES 105 and also a 200-level biology course.
